Payments & Commission

All payments must follow agreed commission structures between client and agent.

  • Commission rates are non-negotiable after agreement
  • Payments are processed after service completion
  • Refunds depend on company policy

Carrier Responsibility

All drivers and carriers are responsible for safe transportation and timely delivery.

  • Maintain vehicle condition
  • Follow DOT and transport regulations
  • Ensure timely load delivery

Limitations

DMS is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.

⚠️ All risks during transportation are the responsibility of the carrier.
